I really miss my morning gym sessions. I never thought I would get to the point where I actually feel lost without my trainer! recovery this week and working out of town next week, so this will be the longest period this year that I've gone without my boxing gloves... I feel like a sloth, but I know that I need to take this time so that I can be strong when I go back in two weeks. I have a chronic back issue so I know to give myself time... Getting married on 21 June so i definitely can't be hobbling around because I have a killer. pair of red heels that I plan to be flaunting about in 💪👈💋👠
