A Gram a day, Keeps the Fat rolls away ;) Like seriously ... would have liked to c more progressive results but guess Rome wasn't build in a day...This cold weather is just not working with my hungry worms.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
