My boyfriend and I started a new healthy eating plan. We are limiting our kJ to less than 1 900 per day.
I need to loose 45 kg and he needs to loose 90 kg. Its gonna be a long journey but we are going to do this together.
Its hard to control the hunger pains and my mind pulls me back to say what's one small McD cheeseburger gonna do. I need to be strong.
