Losing motivation to workout 😭

Is it the time of year? Or are we just tired? Since July I have worked out 6 days a week but this week I have no drive, like I just don't want to...

@slimmingboshoff1 it’s a combination of both 🙈 this is the craziest time at work at the moment so it’s that time of the year where I’m exhausted and ready for a holiday 🙈

I’m in the same boat. Working under pressure 7 days straight has left me so demotivated, I feel stuck. To think that before the 7 days I was feeling super positive about my journey.

i am also there....so tiered from work....but i push myself coz when i think about it it is only 30 min or 45 min....just try ladies....give it the last push and stay motivated

i work out 3 times a week.. the others i just go jogging... 4me jogging is the easiest n most fun
