A weekend full of boozing & feasting... Damage control for the rest of the week. Saturday will be my measurement day, but I've not much hope, my October really sucked!!

Crazy, wild lol sociable weekend of eating and boozing. Both Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sorry. Life is meant for living and sometimes that involves not the healthiest of choices, with good friends. I too will do damage control this week. Let's do this!

Thursday and Friday morning I had healthy breakfasts but had sugar in my coffee. had like 8 cups Thursday morning and 2 Friday morning. Both evenings I had large pizzas with couple beers and couple glasses of wine. 💩 Not to mention all the wine I had since the Monday before.

I saved my calories for tonight! Going out for Indian food and I'm definitely having wine!!

The day after generous drinking I can't eat clean tho. My body craves carbs. It's so frustrating but it is what it is. Annelizej40...your Indian food evening sounds divine. Enjoy!

I had 3 glasses of red wine and feeling slightly hungover this morning! My body isn't used to the alcohol anymore, weird because I used to drink a lot!

Had a hectic weekend away and attended the wine of the river festival on Saturday. 43 degrees o'goody anything cold and sparkling did the trick. And of cos lovely food with friends and fam. Not expecting much from my weigh-in this week. Hoping for a small gain atleast.

I had champagne 🍾 over the weekend & it killed me. My body can’t tolerate it either like it used to before, it took me 2 days to get back on my feet again. @Annelizek40: I feel you, I used to overindulged too. I guess it’s lifestyle changes.
