How is it possible!
I've been eating well this week, way below my allocated calories but I have gained. I am so done with all this. Now I know why I have not stuck to a healthy eating plan before because I never lose weight. 😭😭😭
My actual weigh in day is Monday so I don't know if I should just stop or eat even less for the next two days.

It is frustrating. But keep in mind eating too little can be just as detrimental as eating too much. It's about finding the balance that works for you. Hang in there, and best of luck.

Hang in there. It can be water retention from salt.

Its either water weight. Or you are not counting your calories correctly. I would weigh every morning after bathroom. And measure the average weekly weight and compare with previous average to try mitigate water weight fluctuations.

Thank you, could be water retention. Really appreciate the motivation, wouldn't be able to keep at it if not for this group.

Hang in there hun, I know the frustration . I was on that slump for more than 4 weeks, I had to push myself even going to gym as I saw no point. You’ll come right

Try an overnight stomach/body wrap before weigh in to allow you to sweat out water weight overnight. Really helps!

Also focus on measuring yourself and less on the scale.

DON'T GIVE UP. Maybe you're miscalculating your calories or maybe it's just water weight ( just drink lots of water throughout the day to stop this from happening or to get rid of water weight ) . Consistency and perseverance is key with weight loss. I had months where I lost nothing after hitting the gym everyday and eating well, but I didn't give up and I reached my goal weight last December ( after losing 28 kilograms ). Don't be discouraged. You are capable of doing this. Just keep a positive mindset <3

Check your insulin, I had the same issue and felt so depressed, turned out I had insulin resistance and needed medication, thankfully with the meds and diet I am managing to lose

On my journey I also had weeks of no loss or gains even when I was super strict, consistency is key, don't give up, this here now is make or break!

Remember that 1. liquids add to your weight! Therefor if you drink a lot of water or smoothies or even a lot of coffee, you can for a period of time weigh heavier. 2. I gain up to 2kg before my period starts! After my period those 2kg are gone! Consider this too! 3. Muscle gain can contribute to weight gain! Stay positive and keep working!

You should track your macros. Staying far under your calories you should be eating is not the answer you will just get hungry and demotivated! Heard if flexible dieting?

It’s not how little you eat it’s what you eat I gained 1kg because I stopped checking what I was eating even though it was very little it was the wrong stuff hidden carbs
