A chicken wrap from Nandos is 384 calories, I have 400 calories to reach my daily intake recommendation. Would it be a good idea ? Although it’s still in my calorie intake, will I gain weight?

NatGz is correct however it is important to keep in mind that if it's "empty" calories you will just get hungry again and this is when you over-do it. "Empty calories" - referring to foods that have little or no nutritional value.
