How often does everyone weigh themselves and take body measurements?🌈🙂

I only do it once a month. It gives me enough time to make changes to my diet and see how effective these changes are. It also gives me more of a challenge to work towards my goals for a month rather than achieving a weekly goal and feeling like I can have a bit of a break and cheat too often. I mostly look at measurements and not really weight since that is a deceiving indication of progress since I am all about muscle gain!

I measure my weight every morning after using the bathroom. This way I know my average weight for the week and measure it against the average of the previous week to see how much I'm losing. This method adjusts nicely for water wright fluctuations. Since I'm not allowed to lose more than 0.5kg a week it keeps me on track. Measurements I take once a month. Chest, biceps, forarms, waist, hips, neck.

I do it Myb 3 times a day . I think I developing a problem . I am so much into it . I cry every time I step out of it . I really want to loose 5 kgs but m failing .
