Got up for Crossfit class this morning & smashed the workout... I felt so good during the session.

Class today:

Not for time: 30 minutes

5 Rounds:

8 - 10 HSPU - I did wall press with 5 kg DB's

20 Slamballs - 5 kg

10/10 Sledgies

10 BB Floor press - 4 sec tempo downwards - 15 kg bar

ME L-sits - I wasn't able to really do that, gotta work on that.

Oh, and 10 Burpees after the workout, because we started packing away equipment before everyone in class was finished. "Box rule"
