Today at the office everyone is saying how amazing I look and that I should stop now. Stop for whom, For what. No ways. 4.9kgs to go then I'm at my personal goal.

I have a serious problem with my arms though. It seems as if that's where I accumulate fat. Some people its tummy others hips or bum. For me, it's arms. They've been coming down too but not at the same rate as the rest of my body.

Over the weekend, I bought myself a nice new denim jacket. Tried on size 36, but had to go for 38 because of my arms. A bit big on my body but arms fit well *cry face*

I follow a high fat low carb diet. Max cal intake of 1500pd. I'm 162cm. Workout 5 days a week for 30min. Also doing the IF 16/8.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I've been working out to DvDs at home using Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. Using dumbells 3kgs each. I don't have gym membership. I'm not sure if maybe I should find workouts that focus more on arms. But the Ripped in 30 focuses on whole body and when squatting, etc one uses weights too.

This arm business, Help please.

I've been having issues with my arms too. Bat wings are frustrating, but in the last month I've seen a bit of an improvement doing some targeted bodyweight strength exercises (bicep curls with resistance bands, tricep dips, push ups, etc), followed up by a short HIIT workout. The back of my arms have become a bit firmer and don't hang as much. I workout at home too, but don't use weights (don't have room for them). I mainly use bodyweight exercises and resistance bands/tubing for upper body. It's been working for me so far.
