protein is very low?

Yes I realised I forgot off my chicken breast snack, so now it reached just over 100g! I am actually aiming for 120g protein per day. I read an article that suggested 1.5g/kg ideal body mass and I'm aiming for 80kgs.

Thats better. Always try and keep your protein the same. Play around with the rest. Especially when trying to loose weight. You dont want to loose muscle tissue
