@Lisa the most simple method of IF is 16:8 meaning you fast for 16hours and eat within a period of 8hours, all you are allowed to consume during that period is water and unsweetened black coffee (optional). I do the 20:4 Intermittent fasting, sometimes I do 24hour fasts, I'm fat adapted, so it gets easier to fast for longer periods as time goes on
