Yes most, pescatarian is removing red meat and chicken and going towards fish 🐟 as a protein source .......... but while I am transitioning I am still eating the other white meat 🐖 bacon 😏

Red meat causes a bunch of illnesses. If you look at stats, the less meat you consume the healthier you'll be.
