Kind of a big lunch today for whatever reason. My avocado was about to go, so just used the whole half and I already had extra chicken in my bowl. It only counts if you don't count it, right? Then, it sneaks up on you and grabs on to your butt. Literally.

It's hot today, so will pare portions down at dinner. High fat, high calories overall, but will work out at the end of the day as long as I don't repeat it at dinner. Bowing out of a work HH, need some alone time. Going to puppy class doesn't count, but it might be too hot for that.
