This Saturday saw me eating 3 meals - I will not say anything further!

I'm back at crossfit class! Yay me!

Today's sesh:

Skill:

7 sets

1 Power Clean
1 Full Clean

I used 15 kg

METCON: For time (8 minutes)

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 & upwards.

- Dead lift

- Front Squat

- 25 double unders or 50 singles. My knee is a bit screwy, so coach made me do
slam balls!

I also stayed on 15 kg - I started with 20 kg, but after all the sickness, I'm super-ass weak!

I did 4 rounds.

It feels good to be back! Can't wait for Wednesday. I'm also back on full fasting (OMAD). Wish me luck!
