Staying away from fizzy drinks and fast food are not a problem for me. My problem is staying away from cake. I need help guys.

You just have to because it just defeats the purpose. It really comes down to choice

Cake is predominantly flour and sugar. These things are just really no good for us and will only cause inflammation and weight gain.
