So I went to bed hungry last night and I woke up starving. So I am waist training as that seems to feel me up. I have lost about 2kg this week. I am sure it is all water but hey I am happy with the results so far. I will do my centimeters measurement next week as the IF articles, blogs and videos say you will see changes after two weeks.
I am doing 16:8 fast today. I also want to fast this weekend. I never fast on weekends but I want to give a try today.
