I mean i know that oil has a lot of calories, but I didn’t know that sunflower oil had 120 kcals per tbsp😳 I’m never making my mug cakes again, they ask for about 3 tbsp😬😬
Does anyone know any substitutes i can use to oil? Milk?

I don’t know what to do.
It’s been a long time since my weight has changed and I don’t know what to do. I’m eating healthy, I’m eating enough calories to lose at least 1-1.5 kg a week. Nothing is happening. I have cheat meals niw and then ( because that’s what I’ve seen a lot of people suggested ) but it’s nit helping, im only gaining weight.
Please help with any suggestions

I had a massive cheat day yesterday, I’m afraid to weigh myself because i know I’m gonna weigh too much. I’m doing a fast day today just to not pick up too much weight

Had a cheat meal today, went out with friends to an italian restaurant and i had wonderful gnocchi.
Sometimes you have to treat yourself with food to make you feel better.

Went to a concert yesterday and ate a lot of junk because I didn’t feel like eating healthy and being the friend on a diet while being there.
This morning i am surprised and delighted to find that I didn’t gain anything. I didn’t lose, but i also didn’t gain. I think it’s because i ate very healthy in preparation for yesterday. I am very glad it helped a bit.
