hi, happy new year :D

see that its the new year i finally decided to get back on this app, ive lost a bit of weight since ive been here last and felt like i should up my goal weight see that im tall and i’d be underweight if i go lower, hopefully i can achieve my gw !!

I feel so freaking fat all day everyday. Just when i start to feel good, i see myself in the reflection and i just feel so fat. It makes me so ready to not eat. How can i eat if i feel so fat most of the time?
