being depressed kind of sucks, because i either just lay in bed the whole day and forget to eat, or i want to eat a lot, there’s no in between

is anyone else afraid to log their weight even when they lost weight? my weight is this morning was 58.9 kgs which is half a kilo down from a few days ago but i’m scared to log it because i don’t want to gain weight and have to log it as a gain again

this was my weight this morning...on thursday im going to see a psychologist who specializes in eating disorders and issues and im really scared they’re going to make me gain weight
