Hi everyone!!!
I hope everyone is doing good. I want to share something. Last year during lock down I stopped smoking for 25 days, but then started again due to lots & lots of kak that happened. Anyway, I'm 12 days smoke free again. This time it's for real though. If you are serious about quitting the best thing you can do for yourself is to buy Allen Car's book "Easyway to stop smoking".
YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Hi everyone! Finally, after many, many ups & downs, I have reached my goal. Now on to the next one! Also some NSV's: I've been keeping pants since 2012 (because, yes, I am going to fit into them again one day) ;-) One day has arrived!! I fit into them!

Hi everyone...
I'm not as cheerful as I would normally be at the beginning of a new year, but this too shall pass.
Going back to Crossfit classes again today, after being off for the holidays. Already started eating clean again from Sunday & hopefully I can shed a few kg's & cm's this year.

This is my weight with shark week approaching. I haven't done a weigh-in for 132 days. I've been monitoring my weight week by week, but not obsessed any more. Started gym again this week as well.
