I can’t believe what happen in Walmart I walk there 1.5 miles every other day now I run there and walk around Walmart then run a mile home and walk the last bit anyway I was walking through the candy and chocolate and I picked up some candy and felt sick it’s because of my new eating habits and bought no garbage that was 😎

I used lactose free milk and almond milk
Then sifted bread crumbs and flour
Drudge catfish and shrimp in flour then milk then bread crumbs deep fried in 1” pill two to four minutes and there you have it and chop sticks remind me of South Korea

i have really changed what I eat also I add golden milk and MCT oil and 5 times a week I run 2.5 miles and walk a half mile to cool down and I have an exercise bike yes I still get pain in lower left leg but I rap it twice with ace and a shin splint i getting ready now and use adidas running ap. I like to run to Walmart about 1.5 miles then walk through Walmart then run back home that's what I do well 5 miles and will call it a day
