What a crazy month.
I have only gotten to gym twice in the whole month of June.
My husband is using my car since his car stolen, so I don't have transport.
With the stress we are under my eating has gone south. Just grab whatever is available. I do try make the best choices, but they really aren't the right choices.
I am going to weigh-in either tonight or tomorrow. I am dreading it.

The last 2 weeks have been a rocky road... I have started most day with the intention of staying on my eating plan, and I think I am 90% successful on most days.
Long weekends are all gone, life is stabilizing again... time to get focused.
Will jump on the scale tonight, and accept my gains, but not going to let them stick.
I am going to mix up my workouts a bit: Add the V Fit class to a Monday, negotiate with hubby so I can do HIT on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but will probably forfeit one of my Zumba classes for it. Although I have more weight to loose, I want to focus on getting strong now.

And the Challenge is over!!!

I am feeling so confident and free... Amazing what the human body and mind can accomplish.
6.5kg away for Goal weight... Going to work my ass off to get there, but will reassess along the way.

Tomorrow is final weigh-in and measure for my first ever 12 week challenge. I have learnt not to listen to the scale!
While I was getting my Before Photos ready on the weekend I got a real fright about what I actually looked like, and an eye opener to what I have achieved.
The underwear shots are nice, but the reality is those casual un-posed photos.
I have chosen to replace my lunchtime chicken with fat free cottage cheese this week to see how that works for me... so we will see the results tomorrow.
