Tomorrow is final weigh-in and measure for my first ever 12 week challenge. I have learnt not to listen to the scale!
While I was getting my Before Photos ready on the weekend I got a real fright about what I actually looked like, and an eye opener to what I have achieved.
The underwear shots are nice, but the reality is those casual un-posed photos.
I have chosen to replace my lunchtime chicken with fat free cottage cheese this week to see how that works for me... so we will see the results tomorrow.
