Haven't done one of these for a while. I am trying to re-group!
1. Aim for 3 swims a week BUT only between 750 and 800m per swim broken down to 250m front crawl, 250m legs only, 125m breaststroke, 125m backstroke. cool down.
2. Proper saunas twice a week.
3. 2 gym sessions a week. Watt bike, light weights, mobility, stretching.
4. Start recording food again. Aim: lower calories, and increase protein. Stop eating so much rubbish! Hydrate more.
5. Adjust my goal weight to something more achievable in the short term.

Beginning to form a new routine but won't hit it full bore until the new year. Had my induction at the new gym. Got a biological age of 45 (I am 58) so was pleased about that considering how far off-form I have been lately. All other metrics were 'normal' so room for improvement there!
Thinking about recording again......its been a while!

At camp. Frosty. Good job I'm hardy 🥶 diet seems impossible just now so doing what I can. Exercise regular but random 😀
