I'ts been hard to find motivation lately, but pictures speak louder than words. Over 46kg loss in 15 months I was over 60% body fat now I'm at 29% body fat.

I don't have a weight goal in mind. Instead I want to be at 25% body fat or lower.

From size 52 pants to a 38.

Lets keep at it.

Just started back at gym after 4 months not gyming due to my car giving me problems. Everytime I start weights I retain massive water. So I'm not worried because food has been on point. But I feel good. I love lifting heavy things.

But that below 100kg mark is being very elusive.
