The weekend was a bit tough on 28-day diet. Had a cup of soup last night instead of the eggs and toast. Lost 2 kg in the first week and lost 5cm on my waist and 6cm on my stomach, 1cm on my thighs, and 1cm on my hips. Super proud of myself. Another 3kg to go to reach my 5kg loss this month.

Yippee another 800g down. 1 veggie only was a challenge. So I learnt that I can't make butternut soup and that I don't like balsamic marinated mushrooms. Next time I'll try some gems or an avo.
