Didn't pick up too much during my house guests stay. Back on the 28 day diet since yesterday,
weighed 100.7 yesterday. I have so much more energy when I eat healthy

Tough entertaining house guests and try and stick to me plan, it is too weird eating different food while the meat is on the braai etc... will be ok when they go home on Wednesday. For now doing the best that I can.

My son's birthday is tomorrow so took him for a meal. I had a milkshake....no regrets celebrating the blessing of having him in my life.
