OK so 1% body fat down last month, I feel I could have done better but was hard headed with my OMAD/IF mentality ...
But 16.7 % body fat is great already and I am owning my success and I do look and feel great!
Upping my calories from 1200 to 1400 per day, and I celebrated it with a high protein bar Grenade Cookie Dough, hmmm!
Going to push myself to the utmost limit with my workout this afternoon can almost not wait!!!!

Todays workout!
Wow that was fun and tuff, I absolutly loved it, killed the stepper !
Took me 2 hours but I did it and gave my all.

Back on my lowest low, after changing my diet to higher protein 3 meals/shakes a day. Went over my calories yesterday, hubby made his famous seafood potjiekos, hmmm so I am stunned at this mornings drop, I did do 30min high intensity training yesterday as wel, wil be resting completely today!

10min Jump rope this moning, o boy I need a lot of practice!
Followed by 500 kcal protien shake, overdid the shake, ish not a lot if calories left for the rest of this saterday!!!
