Natural Weight Fluctuations - I'm not too focused on my day-to-day scale weight. I'm loses inches and gaining muscle through my workouts. Focusing on the numbers can make you feel like you're not getting anywhere - but waking up everyday and choosing to "win the day" - that's the goal.

I did a little happy dance when I saw this.
