Why is IF better than other types of weight loss regimes!!!!!!

Personal experience:

The thing is when you have been a bungee eater for a long time, your body metabolism is high due to soo much food(energy supply high). Now when you start eating less you tend to feel tired, weak, light-headed resulting from slower metabolism status.

IF manipulates this how, when you eat even small amounts of food in a short period of time(window period) your body suddenly picks up the energy because you eat not hungry but due to the time frame. your metabolism picks up quickly and lasts the whole afternoon

I only start eating at 12:00 from morning my metabolism is slow, which i don't mind early morning, eating from 12:00 to 18:00 i eat 3 meal the short time frameworks on my favor to act as bungee eating, when i am too full i feel good. but i find that i dont gain any weight bacuse i am eating just enough.
