The hardest part about having gained some weight back after my rigorous journey of losing it has been the mental battle I’m constantly reminded of how much work I put into getting to the tip of that iceberg and being successful. Hence I’m so disappointed for neglecting that and not being consistent with maintenance but it’s okay life is like that sometimes the fall from greatness is the harshest lesson anyone can ever experience but it’s the best lesson because the comeback is so much more mentally I’m in a different state and that’s the only thing keeping me going sure I went from 131kgs down to 89 Kgs in two years and came up to 107 but you know what will never reflect on any scale is how far I pushed my limits how much I sacrificed

Post boxing training meal completed with some whey protein trying to keep it clean if I want to be 105 in two weeks

Having full plates has alway worked for me when loosing weight I’m a big guy so I have to fuel up😂
