I'm happy with my weight for the first time in years. I would like to lose 3 more kg at the most. I gym 4 days a week and eat healthy during the week, but allow myself some swets etc over weekends. I do alot of cardio and strenght excercises daily. I do the 24 class at Virgin active (burpees, jumping squats, jumping lunges, push ups, etc). During the years my weight has gone up and down alot. My heaviest was when I was in grade 8 (82 kg). At my skinniest I weighed 63 kg. I've used Kangmei slimming capsules and counted calories to lose the weight. The Kangmei takes away cravings and I don't get hungry so it's easier to stick to healthy foods. I don't use the Kangmei capsules anymore, as healthy eating has become a lifestyle, so I don't need it anymore. I've kept the weight off for the past few months now without using any supplements.
