Rheumatoid arthritis, type II diabetes. I'm hoping Atkins helps both conditions. I've already been able to decrease my insulin. Yeah!

UPDATE: It's 2012 now. I'm doing my own diet, which is a combination of low glycemic index foods,resistant starch and anti-inflammatory foods. We need to control the inflammation. Weight loss is a gimmie.
