As my username states, I'm just a girl. Just a girl that is tired of bouncing up and down on the scale. I do this to myself, I have no one else to blame. I am once again trying to get out of the the 200lb range. I am 5'3" and according to ..well I don't know exactly who, my ideal weight is 145lbs...lol...its almost laughable...I think I was 145 lbs when I was 16 yeears old...My more realistic goal, for now, is 175lbs..that I think I can do....for me its about setting attainable goals & then going further...I'll get to that 145lbs someday...I was close once..I made it to 160lbs..then I got too comfortable & I gained almost all of it back...time to get back to work! 175lbs, here I come!
