I hate myself for what i ate today.

Don't hate yourself. That will only feed the feeling of failure. Rather use these emotions to motivate you to do better tomorrow. I went 600kjs over my limit. I'm here with you. let's just dust ourselves off and stand up again tomorrow!

I feel the same. I was doing so well and then late last night I ate so much chocolate 🙈 But today is another and another opportunity to get back on track. don't give up

Zuna and AMyrealllly are so right - you always have the next day/meal which you can make better choices.

I think that failure is inevitable at this time of year and we should not beat ourselves up. We must just get up, dust ourselves off and get right back on our programmes, remembering why we are on this journey. New year new start. We can do this.
