its my sons birthday today, yes that means cake and sweet treats all round and I am really struggling with my sweet cravings lately, this month has been really hard on me especially when i am work overloaded with meeting month end targets etc. have not been to the gym this month. Meeting with my dietician tomorrow and the scale wont lie :( Feeling utterly frustrated !!!! with myself...exercise is no-existing in my books :( :(
