last entry was 29/06 and i still haven't been to the gym. Work pressure is getting me down too exhausted at home time, month end deadlines to meet. Sad news with passing of Chris mom on 02/07 we off to PE for the weekend. Need to strategise when back from PE & promised myself to start on Mon 17/7 back to gym no matter what!!! Must do a weight-in also. Learning the art of choosing & making good choices when it comes to food. Also started to read labels on containers the dietician's helpfull advise makes one more aware of what you eat!! Need to schedule another appointment with Janet soon.
