Initially I had 32kg to loose to reach my goal weight of 90kg. My last weigh in was on 24 April'17 don't know what went wrong after that seems like i just disappeared off the radar. Decided to see a Dietician on 15June17 & my official weight was 108,60kg whoah unbelievable. 5.8kg down. Total loss of 13kgs over a period of 3,5 months (1 March To 15 June)....From 32kg to loose I now have 19kg to loose. I had a 21st & 1st birthday celebration over the long weekend of 15/06 - 19/06 so have been snacking & eating sweet treats cakes etc & seems i cannot stop not even going to gym lately. 21/06 follow-up app with dietician & received my shopping lists. Lack of funds so will start 01/07 afresh & reboot. Also had blood test done for thyroid on 26/06 awaiting results. But overall i feel good & have more energy.
