My unofficial weight this morning is 103.5kg.
I had a weekend of huge food consumption. On Saturday I ate 5 doughnuts which I actually bought on Friday but refused to break my fast and just told myself I will have them the next day :)
I also had such a craving for Peanut Butter sandwiches so I had that too apart from my Lunch of Chicken Breyani and supper of Mutton and Lentils.
On Sunday I ate 6 slices of Brown Bread. I decided that I won't indulge in cake this weekend but I did have a little ice cream. All in all I think I could have had a much more indulgent weekend if I opted to eat fast food but I decided not to do so.
I've learnt that even when indulging in food, I can still express some form of control to enjoy it.
