Hey everyone,
Second day successfully accomplished. Completed a 6.5 mile run yesterday, and a 3 mile run today.
I'm having a conflict. I love volleyball and I want to accomplish great things related to running (longer, faster pace, etc). But I am having a hard time balancing the two. I want to play volleyball more, but it will interfere with running (and vice versa). Any advice?
Other than that, I'm starving (I think it is all emotional). Maybe I need to drink more water. The first week of getting back on track is the hardest. Once I'm on track, it's moderately easy, but the first week, I would imagine it's like trying to quit cigarettes.
