Hey everyone,

Second day successfully accomplished. Completed a 6.5 mile run yesterday, and a 3 mile run today.

I'm having a conflict. I love volleyball and I want to accomplish great things related to running (longer, faster pace, etc). But I am having a hard time balancing the two. I want to play volleyball more, but it will interfere with running (and vice versa). Any advice?

Other than that, I'm starving (I think it is all emotional). Maybe I need to drink more water. The first week of getting back on track is the hardest. Once I'm on track, it's moderately easy, but the first week, I would imagine it's like trying to quit cigarettes.

Water will definitely help. As far as vollyball and running. Only you can make that decision because you know what's best for you. I'd say do what you love more and still do the other but less. You never know; someday running will become more important and it'll be good that you didn't quit it entirely. Best wishes! :-) ~ Andi
