EMOTM 10 min:
Weighted pull-ups 1 - 6 reps I did ring rows, because my arms aren't strong enough yet for pull-ups. 10 reps of ring rows, every minute. Rest after each set until the next minute starts.
METCON: Not for time, but for quality of movement

7 dips (or push-ups if you can't do dips - like me) 7 dead-lifts (reset after each rep) I used 25 kg 7 box jumps
It was a nice & calm workout this morning, for which I'm glad, because my legs are still jelly from yesterday's back squats.
My diet is going great so far, I'm well on the path of paleo/banting rules!!! If all goes well Friday's weigh-in should be a drop!
