5 x WU set - 20 kg
5 x WU set - 25 kg

then 4 sets of 5 reps at 75% weight - I stayed on 25 kg
and 1 set of max effort at 80% - I did 7 reps with 26 kg.

METCON: AMRAP 8 minutes

21 Double unders/42 singles
15 Air squats
9 A/T DB Thrusters

I got 4 rounds done!
