Hey guys...
I've been seriously failing the last month or two. :(
No food diary-ing, no journaling, and I've now reduced running to 2 times a week. :( (though I've gotten up to 4 miles).
I really need help. I have no motivation. I'm not gaining, maybe a pound in the last month, but I'm finding it hard to get out of the bed in the morning to run.
I'm going to try to log this week. Goal is to run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning, since I'll be at my parents house this weekend.
