My unofficial weight on Saturday morning was 104.4kg so that was only 0.1kg gain after Thursday's indulging :)
This weekend would make a low carb person die of a heart attack in my house. My parents were doing their annual 1 month abstaining from meat and yesterday was the main prayer day so mom made lots of non-meat treats. I enjoyed it and will be sure to keep my week ahead on track :)
Really missing the gym!
