Weekend wasn't too bad on the food front! I don't feel guilty today as I always did!

CF workout for today:

Snatches x 2 (work up to a challenging weight - I went up to 15kg)

6 rounds:

6 Barbell rows
6 Front squats
6 Hang power cleans
6 Front squats
6 Shoulder to overhead (Strict Press/Push Press) - I did Push press
6 Roman Dead lifts

This last part was pretty challenging! But I loved it!

Be relentless!!!
