I had finished having dinner and when I logged my food into Fatsecret I was about 30g short of fat. Peanut butter and cheese to the rescue! I used 2 x thin corn cakes, put 25g of black cat peanut butter(the yellow lid one with no sugar/salt added to it) & 10g of Bonita gouda cheese on each corn cake. I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and melted the cheese - YUM! Now my fat is on target :D Give it a try next time u need a snack that will fill u up with healthy fats :)
