I love Golden Milk, and make it often. It is so good for inflammation and always helps me. I always add a cinnamon stick and a bit of black pepper. SOO good, enjoy it!

Windy, I looked at my bottle of cinnamon sticks and almost used one but felt lazy and opted for the ground stuff. I, too, battle inflammation from multiple autoimmune disorders so am diligent about choosing foods, spices, supplements to combat it. Much better since kicking nearly all highly processed food to the curb. "Ah ain't agoin' back neither!"

Good for you Gopher!! It really makes a difference. I too am prolly 90% processed food free. Gave up boxed premade and fast food. I do splurge on a restaurant pizza now and then tho. My guilty pleasure lol. You're doing great. Keep up the good work 💪
