Up at 12:52 a.m. to check blood pressure because of unrelenting pounding headache and pulse in ears, threw some PVCs. 191/89, 85. Took something for pain and an extra Losartin (I'm on a low dose regularly.) Back to bed perchance to sleep; who cares about dreaming eh?

I decided to log activity for Monday because it was so out of norm. No way to log the medical trip/procedure so listed it with housework cuz I live in this tumbledown body-house :-).

I hope you are ok and call your Dr in the am. If you have an Apple Watch there are a couple health settings you can turn on to alert you if your heart goes awry while you sleep. Afib, rapid heart beat, a fall down setting etc.

No watch. Yes, I'll be contacting her. I have a long history of benign PVCs; every once in awhile a run. Keep good track of my cardiac status because I'm the only member of my immediate family who does not have CAD. A couple evolving valve issues to stay on top of. I just keep my focus on being as kind as possible via diet and as much activity as I can manage reasonaly. Thank you for the note ;-).
