FBS 125. With dinner had part of a piece of pepperoni pizza, rising crust and stomach was not happy. Won't be doing that again soon. Later was hungry for fresh food; made a green smoothie and felt better. Who would have thought? Will have a sliver (1/16th) of an apple pie I made a little later. The rest to the others in this house (family).
